Every member of the staff we encountered was so nice, helpful and professional. She even made sure to have a ceremony space set up inside just in case the weather was not suitable for outside. the lakeside Pavillion was absolutely beautiful she organized everything exactly how I envisioned it. They need a better system though to ensure rooms are not overbooked. The hotel was accommodating to our guests arriving early for rehearsal on Friday and allowing late checkout on Sunday.
