Excellent Customer Service - Review of JW Marriott Essex House New York The bedroom in my opinion was the best part of the suite. What a treat and I cant wait to be back. There were four intense hot blowers in the room blowing hot air everywhere, and yet we were given this room. Boasting 528 rooms and meals and board games for children, the business hotel is settled in the very heart of the city. (I wish I did more planning because we had already bought tickets in advance) Im a little sad we didnt get to experience hotel restaurant/bar because we already had plans for both the night before and the morning after, but Im sure. Sure enough, there were bogus charges. I reminded her that my free night certificate would expire on 1/1/23 and that they needed to redeem it from my account prior to then. and you can also walk to the High Line at Hudons Yard if you fancy a real stroll!
